NAMI FSG is well into their second year offering the NAMI Family Support Group in Cape May County for adults who have a loved one with a mental health condition. There is no charge for the group, which we're always looking to expand because we know there is need. (The National Institute of Mental Health estimates one in five people experience a mental health condition every year.)

This course provides essential skills to recognize warning signs, offer initial support, and connect individuals to professional care when needed.
