  • June 17th , 24th - South Jersey Aids Alliance offers free and confidential nursing services a few times a month for those who are uninsured or underinsured. These services include HIV, STI, and Hep C testing as well as wound care.

  • June 18th & 19th - The People of Hope Museum is a multi-year national tour produced by Catholic Charities USA. Housed in a 53-foot, digitally outfitted semi-truck, the immersive traveling exhibit celebrates the power of service
    and highlights the stories of those who aid neighbors in need.

  • June 18th, 19th, 20th  - Historic Macedonia Baptist Church of Cape May’s three‑day Juneteenth Celebration!  All are invited to join us, uplift this special occasion, and support our community church.

  • June 21st  - Sunday - Cape May MAC  Father's Day Free Climb event at the Cape May Lighthouse and World War II Lookout Tower, Join us where fathers can climb for free in celebration of Father's Day.

  • June 27th  - Cape May County Disability & Special Needs Awareness and Support Event hosted by the CMC Prosecutor's Office at the zoo. Organizations are invited to set up resource tables; the flyer has all the details

  • June 27, 2026,  - Naval Air Station Wildwood (NASW) Aviation Museum invites the public to its popular Wings & Things Arts & Crafts Festival featuring Hot Rods at the Hangar on Saturday.

  • August 8th - End of Summer Family Fest at the Branches, free food, bounce houses, clothing giveaway, etc.

  • September 13th  - Reggae Fest at Urie’s in Wildwood,

    • A fundraiser for the Greg DiAntonio Memorial Foundation.

  • July 9th Atlantic Cape Community College is hosting a NJ Property Tax relief program on their campus. Senior Freeze, Anchor, and Stay NJ programs will be discussed.   Representatives will be available to help you file for these programs while at the event!

    • Presented by  Jen Riggs - Director of Dementia Services at Dementia Family Support

  • Hope One van schedule and Cape Assist Wellness Center calendar for May are attached in the  NOTIFICATION Section.   Hope One is a community outreach vehicle staffed with professionals in the field of mental health and substance misuse prevention and recovery. Resources, access to services, and free Narcan training and kits on-site.

  • Tabernacle Basic Blessings is designed to reach out to those who are struggling to afford basic necessities to their families. 

    • There are plenty of food banks and social programs available to the community in our area, but there are few that give out the basic needs such as toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, deodorant, etc. 

    • Tabernacle Basic Blessings is providing these basic necessities!

  • Affordable Housing Opportunity announcement by Habitat for Humanity of Cape May County

    • The application process for 2 homes in West Cape May is now open!     Please feel free to share this information with anyone who may be in need of stable, affordable housing in Cape May County. 

    • Some important information for you in case you have any questions:​

      • 1.  Interested candidates can download the application from our website or, they can pick up an application from the ReStore (at the front counter) or at West Cape May Boro Hall.   There are some specific guidelines we must adhere to. 

      • 2.  Applications MUST BE MAILED to the address on the flyer. We are not accepting any applications at this location, and can not accept a completed or partially completed application from anyone. Instructions on the flyer must be followed.

      • 3.  In accordance with NJ law, we are forbidden to provide any additional information - we can simply encourage people to fill out the application to see if they are eligible.

  • Cape Hope is excited to introduce the Hands of Hope Stitchers Ministry, a compassionate outreach dedicated to serving our neighbors in need throughout Cape May County.
