Additions this week – Repeating Events

​January 6th - February 24th - WISE program for older adults hosted by Cape Assist at Samuel Devico Senior Center. 7-week program to help celebrate healthy aging, healthy lifestyle, etc. Lunch is provided, $$ incentive for completing the program. www.capeassist.org/wise

Starting February 23rd 2026 NAMI Basics is a 6-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms. This program is free to participants The course is taught by a trained team with lived experience raising a child with a mental health condition. They know what you’re going through because they've been there too. Via Zoom.
