Tabernacle United Methodist Church is seeking Sponsors for our 2025/2026 Season.
Last year, the sponsors were recognized for their support of Tabernacle’s United Methodist Men’s outreach efforts in bringing in speakers of interest to the community, as well as Community Resource Day (CRD).
Tabernacle is involved in Community Outreach in ways other than just our speaker events and CRD. Our sponsors for the coming season will be recognized at all of the outreach events noted below. Please see the attachment for a list of organizations in the community that Tabernacle and its member’s support.

The planning for our 2025 - 26 season is just beginning as we strive to support more organizations in the community.
During the coming 2025 – 26 Season we are planning for:

20 - 25 Speaker events

Community Resource Day February 21, 2026 with an anticipated 90-100 organizations participating.

We will expand CRD 26 into the lower level of our Sanctuary to create space for a “Veterans Annex”. This will provide space for all Veterans related organizations to be in close proximity to each other, as well as providing space for private conversations when necessary.

In our 2024 – 2025 season thanks to our sponsors we were able to enhance our Community Room for our continuing series of speaker events. (See Coming Events Tab for information on speakers)

Electric Stair Chair for Sanctuary lower level to ease entry for those with disabilities

75” flat screen for and wall mount to improve presentation quality, and connectivity

Laptop for speaker presentations.

Pre amp / two Speaker system with one hardwired and 8 wireless mic inputs.

Helped us purchase additional smaller tables so that we can accommodate more organizations at Community Resource Day

Electric / Ceramic Room Heaters
For our 2025 / 26 season we are hoping to make the following enhancements to our facility:
-
Addition of 1 – 8ft table. 7 – 6 ft tables, and 8 – 4ft tables for the Community Resource Day Veterans annex in the Church lower level.

Larger capacity coffee maker so we can keep up.

Replacement of damaged tables and chairs
-
Addition of an Outdoor Electronic LED sign for improved promotion of Tabernacle outreach events

Please note that Tabernacle's United Methodist Men receives no financial support from the Church itself for these events. The generosity of our sponsors and the Men’s group enable us to continue this outreach effort.
Each individual Speaker event has costs for: Advertising, Coffee, Snacks, Paper plates, cups, & napkins, etc.
Community Resource Day has the above costs plus 4 weeks of pre-event advertising. Additional Coffee, Snacks, Paper plates, cups, & napkins, plus hotdogs, buns, & condiments (free to homeless attendees). Also Purchase of Tables as necessary as we continue to expand community organization involvement.
